In response to all this change we decided in September, 2004 to make a change of our own; the opening of our own business. Our reasoning is that we want all of our customers to continue getting the personal attention that a small company can give.

It is our intention to meet with each Buyer and Seller from the beginning and to serve them until the closing has actually taken place. Too many agents have other people doing all of the in between work for them; at Parrillo/Hare, we don't.

We have local vendors available through every phase of each transaction which allows for a more personal interaction. We also have available interpreters fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.

Don't think for a minute that our size limits our ability to serve you.
